First, you have to understand that I love snow like a kid loves Kool-aid. And as a kid, I especially loved Kool-Aid but my mom wouldn't buy it for me because it wasn't healthy. This meant I could only drink it at Anna's house. Somehow Anna was the lithe blond and I was the chubby brunette but her Mom bought the kool-aid. Go figure.
So snow.
Last night, I couldn't sleep. It may have had something to do with the fact that I went to bed 8:00pm. Around 9:40 I got up and wondered if what I was hearing outside was rain. I pushed back the drapes and then saw the snow! I haven't seen snow snowing since before I left Canada for Shanghai almost 2 years ago. I sat with my nose pressed against the window watching the snow until I lost feeling in my nose (my window is single pane glass.)
It was great!

Yeah for snow. I was in bed early last night too (but got both your text and Kelly's text re. the snow). I'm afraid, however, that I didn't make it out of bed (there's no real place to see the snow in our apartment...and it sounded a lot like rain over here). I did see some snow on a guy's car on my way to school though. Can't wait for the real stuff (if we get it). Glad to hear that the snow made your day!
